I hope I do not have trouble, tomorrow. I hope I can get myself to do something, and perhaps I will feel some version of a positive feeling.

Perhaps you could try mindful walking which includes deep breathing. Continue breathing in as you count out six steps and exhale for four steps. Helps me.

Today had a rough start, though was smoother than I thought it would be. I actually ended up getting some things done, went to the gym, cooked dinner, and started planning my day for tomorrow. Not sure why some days are productive, while others are not. Days of higher anxiety are less productive than the days I feel dead.

I know exactly what you mean. It's a big mystery I guess. When the productivity does happen, you simply have to make the most of it and enjoy it. An amazing quote I discovered today is "there is literally nothing in nature that blooms all year long, so don't expect yourself to do so."

All of you were very sweet to check in and ask how I am. I very much appreciate you guys. I had an okay day, I guess. I keep having really bad days, and then I end up having regular days. I have been going to food for comfort quite a bit, and I need to get more of a handle on that, I guess. I'm okay.

How are all of you?
