I feel totally bad for systems yes I know we are different journey different amount of years in therapy that other system different reason we entered therapy different therapist different everything that in of itself make the stories different what we face much pain just everything. It makes the number of alters different than most the 10 average to the florid/poly fragment you can't compare that I think poly easier to hide more easier to do it groups to keep it from being called out to one alter...You just cant compare it, last thing i need is cat fights about who got it worst so you can cry to your therapist pity party most poeple don't need pity with DID unless someone is really getting past your walls and barriers and it is showing and I'm talking about with drugs (like me being gangstalking outside of therapy)......Why don't you try if this going to be your joy writing creative writing to make it point to categorize, oh this seems like vent, oh this seems like trauma processing, oh this just need sympathy, oh i want to put our experience to relate so they don't feel alone, oh this is our system that got set up totally something her journey was way unique than most, so treat her accordingly until you see she is not triggered
