i just cant take it anymore my parents are getting a divorce since the past six years my dad is abusive and a raging alcoholic and my mom blames me plus my whole school hates me
|

Best to see the counselor at school, or see your doctor. Your mind has exaggerated this over the top. This is hard on anyone, so seek some support for yourself.

Hello d.e.preshen: I'm sorry you are in such a difficult situation.
 Hopefully coming here to PsychCentral can be of some comfort & support.  This appears to be your first post here on PC. So... welcome to PsychCentral… from the Skeezyks!  I hope you find the time you spend here to be of benefit.  PsychCentral is a great place to get information as well as support for mental health issues. There are many knowledgeable & caring members here. The more you post, & reply to other members’ posts, the more a part of the community you will become.  Plus there are social groups you can join & chat rooms where you’ll be able to connect with other PC members in real time (once your first 5 posts have been reviewed & approved.) Lots of great stuff! So please keep posting!

I'm sorry you are in such pain. I agree it would be a good idea to see the school counselor. Talking things out helps. I can't believe your mother is blaming you for the divorce, that is just terrible. You are not responsible for what adults do.

What you are going through sounds very difficult and I'm sorry. (((Hugs))). I vote that you talk with a school counselor too. I hope you feel better soon.
