I have no idea what has been up with me lately, but someone has pointed out that I have been more irritable and aggressive, which I haven't have noticed it until now. I also have been more sensitive, and the urge to cry, mixed with feeling numb has been hitting me more. I just feel alone, and I wish I didn't.

Sometimes it takes someone outside of our minds to notice things we'd rather not. That's okay.
What you are feeling right now is nothing to be ashamed of. Acknowledging the feelings and actions will allow for you to move towards healing. We'll be here in the meantime.

It's ok - it happens. It's nothing to be ashamed of

I'm sorry that you're feeling alone

I have the same problem. Huge ups and downs, because bad things did happen in my life. What lifts my mood and gets me always up is to imagine that I could have it worse and I should just feel good about being alive. Going for a walk and looking in the sky and thinking how small I am and that all the problems does not matter at all in the universe. That most of it is just in my head (probably all ).
