i think I say my thoughts out loud without noticing. I already had reactions so it's confirmed. Now I just need to know how do I stop doing this. It's affecting me in every way. I think it's anger issues that I have. Please someone answer me. I really need help and everyone is laughing at me even where I live. My mother and my husband are the only ones helping me out. If you know anybody that can give me a phone call or a good advice I would gladly appreciate it.

Nothing wrong with saying thoughts out loud to yourself. This is how your mind is processing your frustration. Others need to have more understanding.

It is simply a compulsive disorder. More common with females. The best counsellor would be your husband and you mother. Ask them how frequent it is, and how it affects them. Just talking about it will help. |

Your post is a little vague. Did this just start happening now? Are you yelling it? Just speaking? or mumbling a passing thought? is what you say out loud REACTIONS to something going on, or are they random/impulsive that seem out of your control?
