I now believe that with positive energy, state of mind and choices – that every person I believe can choose for themselves – you can overcome – almost all negative while being happy…I only wish I knew this earlier…

A small note from a manic depressive person from The Hague - that in about 15 days when accepted for blog posts on PsychCentral will post a blog with the title:

I wish I could feel you optimism. It seems like when I'm down nothing will lighten my mood.I have periodic bouts of happiness but they are few and far between. I'm glad you were able to find the answer.
