This is what I mean, every single time I say "I'm fine." because I'm not. "I'm fine" and I have been for as long as I can remember. And admitting that, right here and now, is something I've never done openly other than to one person on here (she knows who she is). I'm trying like hell for it to never mean this definition again.

My wife will sometimes get the sense that maybe things are not okay with me. So she'll say: "Are you okay?" I always say: "I'm fine." I'll never say anything else...
