Whenever I'm upset and/or angry, my mind automatically conjures up images of extreme violence and gore. There's no one specific who comes to my mind when these images flash through my head, it's all just random images of the aforementioned. I just curl up in my bed, shut my eyes tight, and the images race by, and after a while, I'll feel better and fall asleep.

Is this healthy? Should I be concerned?

Hi Artchic,
I have no idea if you should be concerned or not. If you're concerned, you're concerned. But maybe a professional or someone else here would be able to tell you more than I can.
