I think trust is my most important emotion. After a series of big let downs lies, loaning money don't see this friend around anymore and family gossip about me bully bosses and I'm without trust if you don't have anyone to go too and trust it sucks is trust actually a emotion it must be you feel good knowing you can trust and bad if you don't.

Trust Yourself First. Thrust your heart and feelings. Others can wait.

In my opinion trust is usually at the top of the list that causes mental Illness I would say 20% of Americans being treated for mental illness are born this way and the the rest are developed over there years of accumulating trust issues caused by people or traumatic events and physical medical problems.
