I tend to restrict myself to a part of the house mostly my bedroom since my husband works from home. I do this when I go to my inlaws house too. It is like a weird thing I do and I try to avoid people in the house. Anyone else has this issue???

Yes. At work I sit in my office usually with the door closed. At home I cook dinner and go to my room. It is my favorite place to be.
