Emotions are a bind... Because, I'm trying to get better at labeling them, and acknowledging them when I feel them....

But. I don't want to advertise them to other people. So, while I'm trying to be honest about them, I feel I must also learn to hide them.

Another thing that is a bind, is being able to articulate (to myself and/or to others) what I want, and then also being able to handle it gracefully when I don't get what I want.

I have this problem too. I had to learn to not take things too personally. Just because I didn't get it doesn't mean there's a problem with me. There may be other things going on that I'm not aware of.
