I don't know how I'm gonna let out this anger. I need a punching bag or something. I just feel like I'm going crazy when I'm angry. I need a place and a way to just let it out.

An actual punching bag is not a bad idea, actually.. can you afford one? It could be useful to let go of your anger, at least on the short term.

I own a 100 lb body bag and, yes, it's not a bad idea to have an outlet like that. I have a habit of punching things and I'd much rather it be something that's not going to cost injury to my hand lol.

Healthy physical outlets are good for dissipating anger. How about a tdoc so you learn to manage it better? Best wishes.
