There have been a lot of hurts lately. I gotten overwhelmed. The events that hurt come most every day. Common core seems to be feelings of rejection. The hurts just keep piling up. This is friends and family who I must say are not trying to hurt me. But, when they don't answer emails , say thank you for gifts, or leave in the midst of what was for me a really positive , helpful , uplifting moment I am coming apart! The pain is piling up and anger builds. I feel it physically. I feel sick inside. It is hard to deal with it all.

Can you speak with your family and friends about what you've posted here? They can't correct what they don't know to correct. I think if you'll have a conversation with them, you'll see some changes. Good luck and best wishes.

I'm sorry. They're not treating you very well. Have you tried to talk to them? What do you think would be their reaction?
