Anyone else get this natural "high" from exercise or yoga and you never want to stop?
I'm at the gym now, been on elliptical at half of full difficulty, 11 minutes, and about 1.5 miles. Contrast to any time before this year, when I did nothing for exercise. |

I exercise around 6 days a week and have done so for several months.
![]() I know it is hard for those going through mental health issues to exercise, but once you push yourself to do it for long enough it becomes a habit. Even starting with 5 minutes is better than nothing. |

It feels amazing! Did 20 on the elliptical full on. Now walking/sprinting. I've got the cardio. I can do an hour plus on the elliptical and not think much about it. At one place, they made me slow down on the free stride elliptical because they thought I'd tip it over. I close my eyes mostly unless I'm paying with my phone. I just thought I was hitting the travel limits. My mood is 100 percent better than when I got up this morning. I just wanted to die. Some of it is the herbals, but not illegal or intoxicating things, I consume, some caffeine, some the 5-htp. I thank the movement the most. Funny thing, I find yoga better than that thing most adults find the most enjoyable. I think of it as how I hope people to church to feel |
