Fear is only helpful as an alarm to motivate us to take action so we can avoid pain and loss for ourselves and others.

If the fear is not relative to any clear action you should take, you must disregard it.

It is a false alarm.

We must break out of the prison!

The truth sets us free.
The truth is that fear is only good as an alarm.

We cannot just let the alarm go on and on if there is no reason for it.

Fear tells us that we need to take action.
Fear does not want to torment us.

Many people get into the habit of false fear alarms.

It is time to kick the habit by understanding what fear is and what false fear is.
