I've been going through a lot of new challenges in life for a woman in her mid 20's. I know life has it's ups and downs. But how can one build there self esteem when it seems to have gone missing.

You could make small accomplishments and pat yourself on the back as they continue to get larger. You could purchase books and workbooks. You could see a therapist. Just some thoughts.
