I don't know why, but looking at legs bothers me. I feel as if something's wrong with my legs even though there isn't a problem. I keep comparing my legs to other people's legs as if trying to find out why mine is "weirdly shaped" even though my legs have a perfect structure. I feel so anxious about it and I don't know what to do that will make me stop worrying and obsessing over it. Help?

Are you seeing a doc or a therapist? Maybe they could help? Is that a nervous tick or perhaps OCD? Do you have any diagnosis?

Take a long hike or walk and give your legs a workout.

Many people struggle with illness and anxiety. These struggles limit their activities and the enjoyment they get out of life. However, psychedelics like magic mushrooms have been studies and their potential in treating mental illness and anxiety seem promising.

Have you heard of or been diagnosed with Body Dysmorphic Disorder? You might look into this to see if you have any of the symptoms. I believe it can be focused on the body overall or to an individual body part. Sending big hugs.
