I am angry at a reply I got here on one of my threads, the person replying to me doesn't get me at all and her reply angered me a lot.I don't want her replying to me she is not supporting me though she thinks she is.I told her how I felt to a certain extent but can't tell her exactly how I feel cos I am worried I will get in trouble and get banned. She seemed to think she could talk to me like I was a teenager....it made me furious.Anger is an emotion that upsets and hurts me the most and I don't know how to cope with it....I am trying not to let rip but I had to reign in my reaction and tone it down but that way I am left seething under the surface and I feel very discontented.

I'm sorry this happened to you. If this person continues to upset you, you could consider blocking her. Is she being obnoxious with just you or is it an attitude she has with everyone? Sending big hugs and calming vibes.

Yes, please for your own mental health, you can put the member on your ignore list. That person will then not be able to reply to your threads. https://forums.psychcentral.com/faq....ublesome_users

You can report mean posts. But I look at few of your last threads and all I see are well thought, very supportive, full of good suggestions posts. Were the mean posts reported and administration deleted then?

I also think it might be against guidelines to post about other posters, you should go through administration and moderators if someone is being mean

Sorry you were triggered. If it bothers you, put him/her on the ignore list. I also think it's best to discuss this privately.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
