I just wondered if anyone experiences guilt that they can’t understand? I feel it all the time and it really gets me down. Tonight my mam and sister visited me but I felt under pressure to make sure they were both happy and comfortable and we had a nice night but afterwards I felt so much guilt. I keep thinking about my sister in particular and feeling guilty and sad, like I didn’t do enough for her. I wish I knew why I feel this way because there is no logical reason for it. I feel like this all the time. Can anyone relate?

Sometimes after a social situation, I wonder if I could have been more 'interactive' which can be a little bit of a downer... it's easier said than done but I think it's best to not give these feelings any thought. As you said, there's no logical reason to feel this way so why bother addressing them once you realize they're unnecessary?? Guilt is very, very frustrating. I hate it. You're definitely not alone feeling this way.
