I have a few friends I feel like I can talk to. I just have a really hard time opening up to people and trusting them. Then I have to worry about if I'm talking about something too much or being too negative or bugging people with my problems too much. I was at a friends birthday party yesterday and I was just going back and forth between feeling good and feeling bad. This one guy who was there who I'm not really close friends with anymore really gets on my nerves. He always says something that pisses me off. I just can't stand him. He's judgmental and he makes me doubt myself and isn't very understanding. But I had a good day yesterday. The other people who were there seemed cool. I just needed to calm myself down cause I got a little angry and also got depressed about something. I was just having a bit of a hard time.

After today I feel like I'm really emotionally unstable. I just don't really show my emotions to people. It's just because of all my thoughts. People really make me mad.
