I can't take it. Something this weekend triggered a flood of bad memories, and they aren't leaving me alone. It's almost 2:00 am, and every time I close my eyes I see things that I don't want to see from the past.
I can't wash the stains out of my mind. I would destroy every memory and start over anew, if I could. Not that it would shift my fortunes any. But I would still do it, just in the hopes that I could make better memories. I just want to sleep and bring this day to an end, but it's not happening. The ghosts of people who suffered needlessly are with me tonight. I wish I could help them. |

Thank you, every last one of you. I really mean it.
I didn't sleep at all last night, so I've been sleeping off an on all day. That means I get to spend this night making up the work I didn't do, but honestly, maybe that's not such a bad thing, for the time being. Thank you again.

Take care of yourself and you don't have to be harsh with yourself. You're trying all you can. If you have to take some time away from PC, that's ok. (((hugs)))

And patch up the wounds and make all the pain go away
