I registered in my first university class, which I have been trying to do for the past few years. I finally have my depression and anxiety under control, so I registered for the first course in my online degree.

I feel overwhelmed. It's been just 5 days and I'm still figuring out how to use their system and what not. I know I'm overreacting, but I just feel stupid or something that I'm struggling a little. I need to stop beating myself up like this. I think I'm also a bit worried. "What if I'm triggered and can't do my coursework, or my anxiety acts up".

Ughhhhhhh

The beginning of the semester is always the scariest. It does get better. The further you get in the semester and through school the easier it gets. The coursework may get harder, but you know how to handle it. You build on your successes and learn from mistakes. You can do this.

:Breathe:

You can do this. It will get easier.
