Sometimes, I memorize a recipe and then cook an amazing dinner...
Sometimes, I gather the ingredients for a recipe that looks delicious, but then it will turn out only ok or barely acceptable..
Other times, I decide to get a frozen pizza and even drop that in the oven to create a big mess and ruin dinner..

Sometimes...I wonder what causes this...

I dropped half our dinner on the floor last night lol

It happens. I often make tried and true recipes that are almost impossible to screw up. Gives me hope for when I mess up.
