I know that feeling! Don't feel like doing anything. Or, I'll do what's wrong for me. Sometimes I think being online can be a form of self care too though. So maybe you are doing it.

Yes! Self Care is a positive caring for oneself, sometimes it’s downright hard but it builds confidence and hope; sometimes that’s all there is “hope” for a better life, attitude, family, relationships, career etc. So try in small ways and increase to greater challenges. It will pay off
