I find that if my partner gets mad at me for something or says something critical,I cant seem to let go of that. Honestly I dont give a damn for his criticism or anger.I know I'll always do what I think is right. But still for a couple of days,I cant help being upset abt it.I'll be so much happier if I don't let it bother me.Talking to him hasn't worked out.How do I ignore this??

Sometimes it's worth looking at the totality of the things said, the culmination of the amount of times it occurs. Letting go of what was said or how it was said becomes more difficult if it repeatedly happens.
Thanks for this!
