I know that feeling! Don't feel like doing anything. Or, I'll do what's wrong for me. Sometimes I think being online can be a form of self care too though. So maybe you are doing it.

Yes! Self Care is a positive caring for oneself, sometimes it’s downright hard but it builds confidence and hope; sometimes that’s all there is “hope” for a better life, attitude, family, relationships, career etc. So try in small ways and increase to greater challenges. It will pay off Should be doing self care but don't feel like it....
