This anger towards people just won't go away. I feel like everyone's against me. Feel like people just want to belittle me.

Anger is something I struggle with a lot too. I'm angry at everything and everyone all the time. And most of all I'm angry at myself! I try, as best I can, to simply abide compassionately with my anger. But it's an endless struggle. I hope you can, in some way, find a pathway to deep inner peace...

I've reduced my anger by finding out I was 'Priming',I.E. thinking of past injustices and wrongs, setting myself up to be/get angry in
the present! Also, try a look at 'Mindfulness',that helps too.
Thanks for this!

What unmet need do you have that, if met, would make you feel better?

You say people belittle you, but I'd challenge that. What we think we're angry at often isn't what's causing the anger.

Simply being contemplative about what you need helps.
