I have a hard time staying up in my brain. When i am confronted to negative people or when i think negative thoughts, i descend into my body. Like hiding you know. And there i feel negative emotion and anxiety. How can train my stamina against negativity to stay more in my brain instead of running away into my body?

I try to work on this every day. I guess it’s like training a puppy. Patience and repetition are required. ❤️
