yesterday, I wasted a pizza
4 perfectly warm slices of chicken pizza and some garlic bread I didn't like it, so felt I had no choice but to throw it out and now I feel bad for some reason, wasting food feels like a bad owman for me- and I don't know what to do, as I genually believe something is going to happen to me for throwing out the pizza |

There is nothing sacred about food. If you don't want it, throw it away with a clear conscience.

I can relate to this, but for me, it's more of the idea that I've spent some money for the food, so it's not so much I wasted food because it happens but because I wasted money. Sometimes, I'll be minding my own business and people will just hand me food that they can't finish, like co-workers or family. But people usually just don't throw money at you.

I threw out a bunch of food on our trip because it wouldn’t have traveled well. I feel bad because I spent a lot of money on food. I’m trying to take it easy on the fast and restaurant food now.
