Just thinking back on my own life generally a thought came to me about how I have forfeited so many good things in my own life. Always having lived 'in lack' in my own mind has caused me to shortchange and at times, sabotage, the positives in life. Not to say that all in my life falls under this heading but the important stuff of life does. What thoughts are out there as to how to change this very lackluster way of living?

Start finding things to be grateful about. It will chsnge your focus and improve your appreciation for things in your life. You won't always be looking outside for things to make you happier.
