Hello everyone,

I found this video helpful. Perhaps someone else will find it useful too. The speaker does a great job of explaining how family dysfunction which may not have been deemed "severe" can still affect our emotions and relationships as adults.

Thank you for sharing this Silver Trees! Thank you very much. I am currently learning emotion tolerance right now, but I'm also working with a trauma therapist. We will work on this stuff in the future. This has been very informative.
