And in a bad way.
I do regret writing it.
I should have not
Been so forthright.

Whether wearing your finest clothes, your birthday suit or sweat pants, underneath these you are the same person. I live that every day. Some of the tops of my t-shirts are heavily frayed, some of shirts have permanent stains, and some of my pains are frayed on the bottom cuff. If I’m judged of my clothes, I minimize it because I know the real me, however how broken, encases the body within.

I was not taking a stand
Or opposing the machine.
I was in a messed up place.
And there was no

Gym at the time
And was getting quite taut.
It was one comment
That irked me I'll admit. Sorry.
And I was so ashamed
When I was at home
And thought back and
I wished I had never done it.

If I was in a good place
I never would have done it.

And I take the blame
Because I am to blame
For the after math.

I was just trialling out
Taking different doses
Of my one lone tablet.
I was not doing anything
Else aside from a few lagers
On an evening.
That was the wrong word
And I should not
Have admitted it if
I was not stressed
Up to my 5foot7 height.
