I try to be “perfect”

But I keep “failing”........

I haven’t “achieved enough” .....

Why do people expect Fuzzy Bear to be “perfect”

(Not about anyone here)

Perfect is unobtainable in most instances and often unrealistic. Be the best you can be, but don’t aim for perfect.

People will always have opinions, regardless of what you do, say, or not. Sad to say, I'm guilty but, no, it's true....YOU ARE ENOUGH x

AND SO I MUST ASK: THE PEOPLE WHO EXPECT YOU TO BE PERFECT: ARE THEY PERFECT? what you're trying to achieve is almost impossible; trying to ACCEPT who you are, regardless of their expectations, is probably easier and less frustrating. perfection is an illusion. my opinion only. those perfect people have defects and flaws, just like all of us. they're human.

Hi Fuzzybear, I found that after years of trying to achieve others' expectations of me, that it only made me severely unhappy. So I determined after a while that I would only try to achieve my own expectations of myself. Then I realized that I am really too hard on myself, and quite unnecessarily, still expecting myself to be perfect in some ways. Perfection is unattainable. All we can do is our best, and that's all we can expect of ourselves. So just do your best in life, and that is good enough. HUGS!
