Those that are unable to learn how to manage their emotions will find themselves forever adrift.

That's something I wrote in my journal just yesterday.

I just don't seem to have as much tolerance for other people's rude, inconsiderate behavior as I used to ... That thing about letting it run off your shoulders like water off a ducks back just isn't doing it for me anymore.

Not sure if it's due to the Complex-PTSD (and getting triggered), the chronic pain (due to arthritis and fibromyalgia) that I struggle with on a daily basis, or both ... But I just haven't been dealing well with anger and frustration very well here lately.

And I don't like it because this wasn't the me (a grumpy old pfart) I wanted to be as I got older!

I have hormonal imbalance and get especially sensitive around my PMDD.

Have you had the doctor check your hormone levels?
