All my life has been one big disappointment, to me and to my family. I am a shame. At this moment I just wish I didn't exist. I was forced to come to this life and live it.

I'm sorry you are feeling so despondent.
 I feel much the same. Fortunately, or unfortunately depending on how you look at it, I no longer have any family left... other than my spouse. (I've said few times I'm glad my parents didn't live to see this.)  My only defense is that coming into this world wasn't my idea to begin with.  I hope that being here on PC is of some comfort & support to you though.

My Support Forums is the online community that was originally begun as the Psych Central Forums in 2001. It now runs as an independent self-help support group community for mental health, personality, and psychological issues and is overseen by a group of dedicated, caring volunteers from around the world.
