So
Last summer something happened, i'm unsure of what it was exactly but i just felt so… horrible? Like one day It just happened, i don't know how to describe the feeling but it was very intense in a way i've never felt before, most of the day i would just sit in my bed and feel absolutely awful, to the point where it felt completely unbearable. I basically never left my room except for when it was time to eat and then i had barely any appetite, but i forced myself to eat and behave normal enough.
After a week or so (I'm not entirely sure) it gradually stopped and i was back to normal again.

So any idea on why this happened? I wish i knew because i'm scared of it happening again

I'm sorry I don't really have any idea what this was about. I'm afraid it's just one of those enigmatic experiences one can have for which there's no explanation. Perhaps it had something to do with the amount of sleep you were getting, or something to do with how well you were or were not eating, or what stressful things might have been going on in your life at the time.

The important thing here, from my perspective, is you not become so scared of the possibility of this reoccurring that you actually cause something similar to happen. So when thoughts regarding the experience you had come up, it's important to be able to allow them to arise & fade at their own pace without becoming "hooked" into them, so to speak. When these thoughts come up you can breathe into them, smile to them, perhaps even place a hand over your heart as a sign of compassion for them (as well as for yourself), & then simply let them go. This is a Buddhist practice called "compassionate abiding". However here's a link to a mental-health-oriented description of the practice:

Relieve Distress By Allowing It: Compassionate Abiding 101 | Mindset: Perspective Is Everything

May it be of benefit.

Thanks for this!

Thanks for the answer.
It couldw very well have been stress, that summer marked the transition between my middle school years to high school where I am now, i was very worried since it meant the splitting of my friendgroup. Now a year has gone by and it seems my fears during that summer has all come to be reality and now i once again find myself in a similar situation (its summer break now), fearing the year to come. I fear my bad grades, i fear my social situation and i fear my future in general, it feels like ive screwed my life up beyond repair.

I once heard it said: "No matter how far you've travelled down the wrong road... turn back! You can do it...
