I'm grateful for:
The fact that I'm 52, and am in relatively good shape. My biggest health issues are my sleep apnea, and the fact I take meds for my high triglycerides.

My friend Glenn. We haven't talked much in the last ten years, but we're going out for coffee tomorrow.

My wife- I complain about her sometimes, but she is a good person, and is concerned with my well-being.

Disc Golf- it's fun and it's pretty good exercise.

thanks Shakespeare for this post.

I am grateful for staying calm most of the time and being able to laugh.

Enjoy coffee with your old friend.

I am grateful for Tai Chi and QI Gong because they help energize me.

Today, Tuesday, August 6, 2019, I am grateful for my energy still doing so well. I have not had to continue taking expensive protein powders since my thyroid meds got straightened out.

Today, I am grateful for money in the bank, supportive parents and an amazing best friend who I love very much. I am thankful for doing well in school and looking forward to a new career.

Catching up with my friend was great.

I've also been researching some philosophical topics- and doing some writing.

Disc golf continues to be a great diversion.

Today, Wednesday, August 7, 2019, I am grateful for being able to get ALL of my trash to the dumpster all by myself! That's a big deal for me; usually I have to get someone to do it for me. Not today!
