I'm lonely tonight. It was pretty bad. Like it hurt.

Instead of using healthy coping skills that I've learned in therapy, I signed back on to a dating site, OkCupid. I think its generally a pretty stupid site. I've had no luck there and have met ill (sex addicted), messed up, abusive men from there in the past, so I've also had bad experiences.

I think in a way, the attention feels good. I was talking to someone from there recently, who seemed pretty cool. But I also didn't want to compete w the other women he was talking to. Online dating isn't for me. Yet I went back on there tonight.

Being lonely is hard!

I’m sorry you feel lonely. It does hurt. I think everybody goes through it sometimes. I hope you are feeling better soon.
