Sometimes it comes easy to cry, worry, be sad, be angry, etc. And then do it all over again.

It's quite okay to be feeling this way @June55 We are only human with feelings of loss, sadness and expressing them through crying, or safe anger, is a good safety valve rather than bottling it all up.
