I don't really have any advice other than to wait a week or two and then email again like you plan on doing.
I am the same about picking apart situations and putting negative connotations on just about everything that happened. I understand about protecting yourself and being guarded. Hi Christmas cookie, sorry you found you were just not up to posting. I have been in that state of mind myself where I want to say something and try but just can't. I suffer from ptsd too. It's ok, try reading other people's posts and even giving hugs is something and at least lets the member know someone listened.
