I'm having such a hard time in life. I don't know if I can make it. I feel destroyed and like no one really cares.

Thanks for this!

Do you want to name a few things that seem like the worst things that are going on for you?
And, would you want to say anything about how old you are?
I want to help you, if I can, but I don't know where to start?

I used to feel that too; still feel it sometimes even now. It is like friction but remember that apparently friction stops motion; however, no motion is possible without friction either.

It's a difficult world sometimes, I found what has helped me get through the less good times, more stressful times, or depressing times is what I put my attention into. There are times when I just want to check out by watching a movie or playing a game, it can be something to look forward to after a long day.
If I really just think about getting to that reward at the end of my day, it takes my mind off the feeling time is going slow, or that everything sucks at the moment.
If I try to learn something I kinda feel better about things, i just finished a book about learning to read tarot, for instance. It was really interesting and took my mind off of things that were bugging me.
Sometimes it's the hardest thing to get things done, so when I do something I needed to do, I really feel proud of myself. And that's one less thing I will worry about.
I almost want to delete everything I wrote because I have definitely had more days of not being able to do anything more than go to work and come back home. Than I have of feeling like I can do much more than that.
It's just a sense that I have some kind of responsibility to other people to help, but really, I bet everyone reading this already has heard a million self help things. What you really need is someone who is listening to you, and cares.
Someone to trust. That someone is out there waiting to meet you because they are wanting that too. If you just try, you can do it.
You don't have to do this alone.
