Hello!
I am not doing great today because a person I am romantically attached to isn’t paying attention to me. He acts like this to everyone but I get scared and paranoid when he does this. How do I feel more secure with myself?
The situation is weird for me because I love him but he tends to be kind of cold and rude, sometimes I get paranoid and think that he is only seeing me to ridicule me with his friends, I don’t know why I have this intrusive thought. I guess it might be because he publicly teased me a few times when I was extremely upset with him. I don’t know. A very weird situation.

Hi MarinaManea2,'

I am so very, very sorry this is happening to you. Something like this has happened to me too and it is very scary and unhappy. I wish the person you were romantically attached to was more respectful and considerate of your feelings. I also wish I knew what to say that would help. My heart goes out to you and I hope things improve!
