I think my house is possessed. I walk in and all the joy and fun and happiness gets sucked right out of me. Why can't I have just one happy thought in this house?

I've read about people getting rid of negative energy in their house by having the house blessed or spiritually cleansed. From what I can tell, you can learn to do this yourself or you could enlist the help of someone, perhaps a psychic person, to perform the cleansing.
Or maybe your problem is related to something else, I'm not sure. Hmm. 🤔 |

It’s probably not the house but how you feel when you end your day or maybe it’s not homey enough for you.
I tend to not be one that believes in possessed homes and ghosts etc. |

I don't know why people took this so literally. It's my parents. It doesn't matter how great the day is, how good of a mood I'm in, I walk in the door and they make me feel miserable about having such a good day.

Thanks for sharing and I hope one day soon you'll be able to have your own place with no "energy vampires" waiting to suck away your good feelings the minute you to walk through the door. |

. Yes being in a unhappy or negative environment is draining. I hope one day you will be able to find a home or apartment that brings you peace and joy. |

Did not realize it’s your parents home you were talking about Literary. It’s more understandable once you explained it better.

I lived with my parents for a long time. I was miserable there too. Maybe you can move out at some point.

Living with parents in adulthood sounds like a special kind of nightmare even if one gets along with one’s parents.
Focus on future plans of finishing your education and moving out. Even if it’s not possible yet, start planning for it. It will happen |
