when i tell myself stop the feeling to do ends up happening like i have this devilish personality that does it anyway

Thanks for sharing this. There doesn't seem to be a question here... simply a statement regarding what you experience. Perhaps, if you see a therapist, this would be something you could delve into with that person? I hope you're finding being here on PC to be of benefit.
