I been watching self help video and doing mediation to help me cope. Sometimes it helps.

I have felt unsettled these last few days. I walked with my son today which helped hugely and I tried to distract with some nice music shows on TV. It helped too.

I slept a lot today. That helped me. I've been anxious most of the day cause I had an appointment. Now I'm just trying to chill out.

I slept a lot today too. I feel ok now. I was tired this morning and after my morning shift just fell asleep after lunchtime. Now, it is evening and I am ready to do my night shift. Life is ok.

this new perfume comercial is getting on my nerves

a bunch of women displaying themselves on screen saying that they are perfect

really affects my BDD. I hate it, and wish these comercials wern't allowed

I'm having a difficult time today. I find it hard to accept things as they are. I know it would be better if I could just let go. Resentment is eating me up. Maybe I will try to sleep a lot today.

I’m coping the best I can. My anxiety is rough and I’ve been heavy on the meds but my moods have been kept under control.

I'm not coping very well. I think my cat is sick again. I need to take her to the vet. Leaving the house and getting her in the carrier have me worried. And I'm supposed to be setting up an appointment for my back. I just can't cope with all this.

I'm coping poorly. Had an argument with my SO last night and have been terrified he's going to do the right thing and leave me so I've been using to not think about that.

not coping -> can't cope anymore! the nervousness and fear have like quadrupled lately. and it's so unimaginably overwhelming that i'm in tears at times!

and the feeling of being completely alone is crushing me
