Not posting anything on facebook or looking at it for now gives you time to see how you feel about it in the future. The people who are close to you IRL can be confided in individually, outside of facebook.

Hi @Gasplessy,
One thing I've come to learn is that, for my own wellbeing, if after explaining to people my position about anything or after trying to get them to understand something important about myself but they still don't get it or just aren't interested then there's really no point trying any further. Why bang your head up against a brick wall day in and day out? You don't need to prove yourself to people who can't see who are in the first place.
