I'm extremely angry almost everyday because people have talked down to me and treated me like I'm lower than them. There's nothing wrong with me and if people keep pissing me off then
Possible trigger:

People are also judgmental to me and always give me advice and it just pisses me off and makes everything 10 times worse.

I understand your angriness. Noone likes to be treat as inferior or receive unwanted advices as if you were a child.

Is it something that happens you very often or is punctual? Do you think there may be a reason for this to occur? I’m asking because starting from the idea that this is a very bad behaviour on their part and I know sometimes there are people who are mean as such, I’m trying to look for a possible explanation. Sometimes unconsciously, we transmit an idea about ourselves that can lead to some people treat us a way we hate. Then, there’s still some cultural surroundings that are sick and hanged on old conceptions on how people have to be and behave in that particular context.
I’m guessing to be honest.
I need more information
You can’t go on suffering like that because noone deserves it and because not being treat as an equal is one of the worst things human being may go through.
