And I don't know why. I was moody, grumpy, and even cried after leaving mom's party. I'm stressed. I'm over extended finacially. I'm forced into dog sitting while my mom travels with her boyfriend for 10 days. Unpaid.
I need gas for work. I made a mistake financially and went on a spending spree, in addition to 4 family birthdays. In the last two weeks and gifts are expected. I'm just super broke. Credit cards all maxed, not sure I can even work. Cause it requires me to drive all over town. Financially I'm in a mess. It's stressing me out.

Don’t watch her dogs for free. Ask to be paid. Tell mom you can’t afford to help out for free

I think it would help for you to set some boundaries with your mom. As for the birthday parties, it’s ok to say you can’t make it because you have a prior engagement.
Here’s an excellent podcast on boundaries: Inside Mental Health: A Psych Central Podcast: What Are Boundaries and Why Do They Matter? on Apple Podcasts Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
