I'm really angry. Thoughts keep coming up for me, from earlier this year and last year. I'm really angry. I'm ****ing pissed.


I think I may have c-ptsd. Whatever I have, I'm just really angry that I've been treated like **** by people yet again.


**** you you ****ing **** ****s. To the people who made things harder for me, who lied to me, who were abusive towards me (and I don't care, mental illness is no excuse) **** YOU.


I'm trying to change my situation so I can move forward and not be in **** situations.

Primary Dx: C-PTSD and Severe Chronic Treatment Resistant Major Depressive Disorder
Secondary Dx: Generalized Anxiety Disorder with mild Agoraphobia.

Meds I've tried: Prozac, Zoloft, Celexa, Effexor, Remeron, Elavil, Wellbutrin, Risperidone, Abilify, Prazosin, Paxil, Trazadone, Tramadol, Topomax, Xanax, Propranolol, Valium, Visteril, Vraylar, Selinor, Clonopin, Ambien

Treatments I've done: CBT, DBT, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Talk therapy, psychotherapy, exercise, diet, sleeping more, sleeping less...

So Sorry about what you're going through! Please Do not give up! Hugs. i agree with the wise and wonderful seesaw that it is Ok to feel. If you suspect to have c-ptsd i think a pdoc or therapist may be able to help you with that. Much Love. i Hope things will improve really soon for everyone. Please do update us if possible if you want to. i'd suggest to try to do things to distract a bit like reading or watching some movies. Be kind to yourself and everyone else as you Hopefully are already. Sending many Safe, warm hugs to BOTH you, @WovenGalaxy, your Family, your Friends and ALL of your Loved Ones! Keep fighting and keep rocking NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, OK?!
