The last thing I want is to be a burden, so I removed my post.

Thank you friend. I hope you are well.

I had anxiety yesterday for a variety of reasons, but I coped. I'm not a natural multi tasker and I felt overwhelmed with a few things, plus my husband kept firing requests at me which I asked him not to do when I'm busy - he's known me 27 years now, so really he should know.

Other than that good, and I did actually achieve quite a lot. Today I'm planning to be less frantic.

it is official. I am getting a baby box this time next friday!. super excited about it, in fact it's been a while since I've been excited about anything so much.

I got a new chair today which hopefully is going to help with my back. it has more support, and this one does have arms so we'll see.... sounds promising..

rained all night yesterday, but it's what we needed to cool the humid air. think we might get some more rain today, still looks really cloudy

I wished that I knew how to feel better. Lately I been having really bad days especially this past week. It started this past weekend has continued on throughout the week. I feel like everyone is ganging up on me in a mobbing form this week.

Iím sad to say is almost 7 years I canít see my kids, and I need someone to hit me with a belt or I belt myself on the back and I ask for forgiveness. Is there a medical term for this, any other way to resolve this.

I was productive during both of my appointments. I got a few questions answered and I also got told some stuff I didnít want to know. Iím kind of annoyed I didnít mention a couple things to them. Overall today my moods were kinda bad but it was mostly just anxiety. I wasnít crabby. My physical symptoms have been rough today and Iím kind of concerned it isnít just anxiety because Iíve taken a lot of **** these last couple weeks and Iím wondering if itís starting to catch up to me now.

Just barely holding on outside of work. Work is still a treadmill routine.
